In the last week three pedestrians were hit and killed on Highway 99. The deaths are leaving a tragic mark on the families of those involved that will last a lifetime. Pedestrians are not allowed to be on the road on the freeway.” The Officer went on to say that all three drivers stayed at the scene with no drugs on alcohol involved. If the CHP finds you walking on the freeway you will be cited because it’s illegal and obviously dangerous.
